1. Overview

The Pipze Scratch & Win Promotion ("Promotion") is a limited-time trading incentive offered exclusively to eligible registered clients of Pipze. The Promotion rewards active traders with daily scratch cards that unlock real trading credit, subject to the conditions set out herein. Participation in the Promotion constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• The Promotion is open to all fully verified (KYC-approved) Pipze clients with an active live trading account.
• Clients must have a minimum account balance as stipulated by Pipze at the time of participation.
• Clients must make a minimum deposit of USD 100.00 (or equivalent) in their live trading account to participate.
• Employees, agents, or affiliates of Pipze and their immediate family members are ineligible.
• Pipze reserves the right to exclude any client from the Promotion at its sole discretion.

3. Scratch Card Distribution

4. How to Scratch & Win

• Log into your Pipze client portal at the scheduled release time.
• Navigate to Promotions -> Scratch & Win to view available cards.
• Scratch each card to reveal a prize amount (in USD).
• Winnings are credited as Bonus Credit to your trading account immediately upon scratching.
• Only 1 card is available per session (morning / evening), totalling 2 cards per day. Unused session cards expire before the next release.

5. Winning Amount & Lot Requirement

Scratch card winnings are awarded as trading credit. In order to convert the winning credit into withdrawable real balance, the following trading volume requirement must be fulfilled:

Detailed Conversion Mechanics:

• Minimum Deposit: A minimum deposit of USD 100.00 must be made into the live trading account to participate and qualify for credit conversion.
• Once the client completes 6 lots of trading on eligible instruments, a conversion event is triggered.
• Minimum Trade Duration: Any trade that is opened and closed in under 3 minutes will not be counted towards the 6-lot requirement, regardless of the lot size or instrument. Only trades held for 3 minutes or longer are eligible.
• At the time of conversion, the system checks the account's total equity. A maximum of USD 30.00 is retained as the client's real (withdrawable) main balance.
• Any equity that was generated using or backed by the Scratch & Win bonus credit - including unrealised profits, floating positions, and accumulated credit balance - is automatically removed from the account and treated as an auto-withdrawal.
• Only the USD 30.00 real balance remains post-conversion. Any additional genuine deposits made by the client remain unaffected.

6. Eligible Trading Instruments

Lot volume counted towards the 6-lot requirement is exclusively valid on the following instruments:

Trades on any other instrument - including other forex pairs, indices, energies, or cryptocurrencies - do not contribute to the lot requirement and are not eligible for credit conversion under this Promotion.

7. Bonus Credit Conditions

• All scratch card winnings are issued as non-withdrawable trading credit until the lot requirement is met.
• Credit cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Credit cannot be used to meet margin requirements on instruments outside the eligible list.
• Multiple scratch card winnings are cumulative and share a single 6-lot requirement per conversion cycle.
• Hedging, scalping with the intent to abuse the promotion, and latency arbitrage are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all credit.

8. Prohibited Activities

Pipze maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of promotion abuse. The following activities will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of all credit and converted balances, and potential account suspension:

• Opening opposite positions (hedging) solely to lock in bonus credit without genuine market exposure.
• Using automated systems or bots designed exclusively to satisfy the lot requirement.
• Coordinating trades across multiple accounts to manipulate volume counts.
• Deliberately opening and closing trades within 3 minutes to artificially inflate lot count - such trades are void and will not be counted.
• Providing false or unverified identification to access the Promotion.
• Any activity Pipze determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute promotional abuse.

9. Promotion Duration & Availability

• The Promotion runs until all 60 scratch cards have been distributed or until the end date announced by Pipze, whichever comes first.
• Pipze reserves the right to extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Cards issued before any termination date remain valid subject to these Terms & Conditions.
