1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by Pipze ("the Organizer"), and is hosted solely via the Instagram platform at @pipze.world.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway will run till 15th Sep 2025 starting from the date of the live giveaway post on @pipze.world.

3. Eligibility

• Open to participants aged 18 years or older.
• Residents of eligible countries as defined by Pipze may enter.
• Employees of Pipze, its affiliates, or related third parties are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Enter

To participate in the giveaway, you must:

1. Follow @pipze.world on Instagram.
2. Like the official giveaway post.
3. Tag 3 friends in the comments of the giveaway post.

Additional Notes:

• Participants may tag more than 3 friends to increase their chances of winning.
• Each valid comment with 3 tagged accounts will be considered one entry.
• Creating an account with Pipze will take you closer to the iPhone.

5. Prizes

• One (1) iPhone 16 for one winner and
• One (1) funded trading account with $500 virtual funds for 3 winners (non-withdrawable; for trading purposes only)

6. Winner Selection

• The winners will be chosen via random draw from all eligible entries.
• The draw will take place within 7 days after the giveaway ends.
• The winners will be notified via Instagram direct message or a separate post.
• If the winner/winners do not respond within 5 days, a new winner may be selected.

7. General Terms

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
• Participants release Instagram and Pipze from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway.
• No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
• Pipze reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed fraudulent, incomplete, or not in line with the rules.
• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to Pipze using their name and social media handle for promotional purposes.

• The company shall not be held liable for any financial losses incurred while trading using the credit bonus or otherwise.

11. Fair Usage Policy

• The company reserves the right to investigate and disqualify participants who engage in any form of fraudulent activity or abuse of the promotion.
• If any suspicious activity is detected, the participant may be disqualified, and the trading account may be terminated.

• Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated to participants through the platform or via email.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the company is registered.
